Fit2Drop is committed to a robust, transparent policy governing how data is collected and stored and shared.
This policy explains the types of data collected and how this information will be used.
WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
This is only ever collected voluntarily by the customer and provider to Fit2Drop - either via the website, booking forms (mailchimp) newsletter sign up (website or class sign up) or via email, phone or in person. We will only ever use your personal data for the reason it was supplied – i.e. If you have signed up for a class we will contact you with information pertaining to that service.
Due to the nature of our business, some of the data collected is extremely sensitive. We need to establish that the class/service would be suitable for you and that we are reaching our compliance agreement with insurances held. We will ask information on pregnancy, birth, labour, injuries, health issue and recent medical information deemed relevant for the service required. None of this information would ever be used with a third party, and can be asked for at any point.
Fit2Drop web servers automatically log each visit that they receive. This data contains some information about you – the IP address of the computer you are using, the type of browser and operating system you are using and the Internet address of the website from which you came from. It also contains some connection information such as the page or service you are requesting and the date and time of the request. This information is used for the sole purpose of statistical information gathering and demographics relating to Fit2Drop’s website, and enables us to determine general visitor patterns and pathways within our pages.
