About Fit2Drop Founder, Sarah Dineen
Fit2Drop was set up by personal trainer Sarah Dineen in 2012. After having her daughter and re-thinking her own career, she recognised just how important it is for women to keep up their fitness levels pre and post children. Sarah is passionate about supporting women through fitness pre and post pregnancy and Pilates sits at the heart of her approach. Committed to being a good female role model to her daughter, she is a big believer that strong is beautiful and through her work, actively champions all that we are as women.

Personal Training is a big part of our offer and our tailored sessions are designed around your unique needs. Sessions can be geared towards Pilates, Post-Natal and Pre-Natal, HIIT, Rehabilitation, weight loss and maintaining overall fitness at all stages of life.
Pilates is also a big part of what we do, offering popular 1:1 sessions and classes to suit diverse abilities. Sarah is especially experienced at working with women post pregnancy, and clients are often referred as part of a rehabilitation programme to address pelvic floor issues, realignment, pelvic girdle and SPD pain, divarication, and regaining strength and tone.
