Our work is all about helping people feel stronger, healthier and happier. As a new mum, Founder Sarah recognised the importance of taking care of her physical and mental wellbeing, and also in representing an inspiring role model to her young daughter. This thinking has informed her approach from day one.
Life is fast moving and full on, and it’s easy to get run down with stress and lose perspective on what matters. We believe that exercise is key to positive mental health, as well as physical. Our sessions – be it Pilates or personal training – are focused on individuals, not the group as a whole. We champion the act of getting out there and giving it a go, as much as the act of winning.
Personal is the key word; we want people to get out of sessions just what they need – whether that’s keeping healthy during pregnancy, healing the body after giving birth preparing for an event or building strength following an injury. Our sessions respond to your needs.
For us, it’s not about how hard you train or work, but understanding what your body needs at that moment in time. All aspects of our classes and training are flexible and intended to inspire confidence, teamwork, positivity and enjoyment. We welcome men and women of all abilities and want them to feel welcome, inspired and motivated.
